Is it possible in the current market to buy a:

1 bedroom resale/new launch condo for 650K budget.

OR

2 bedroom resale/new launch condo for 750K budget.

FYI - we are a SPR couple. So new launch EC is not an option for us

Possible. I have a one bedrm new launch that is below $600k. 999 years.

I also have a 2 bedrm for below $750k. New launch.
