Hi, is there an agent that can assist with buying house but will not charged the 1% amt. Meaning like i pay $1k agent help to nego and arrange the necessary paper work. I will find the unit but agent help to nego and all.
If have is there any contacts ?

Hi,

Commission is not fixed and is negotiable. Market rate commission for HDB purchase is 1%, plus GST for agencies that are GST-registered.
