Hi, I've passed my CEA exam and am looling forward to make my career in the property market. However, I was told that Im not allowed to and I've to take an RES course. Can any agents advise me what i should do beyond this with my CEA cert. Is any way i can penetrate in as an property agent or I have to go through certain courses again? Please advise. Thanks.
