Hi Sir/Mdm,

The available units are usually bounced out units, meaning buyers bought the units previously but now cannot fulfill the requirements to buy an EC, for example the couple broke up. These are new and vacant units and therefore nobody has stayed before.

These units are sold at a higher price as compared as before and therefore if you can wait, you may want to go for the brand new EC projects instead.
