Hi,Specialists in bukit timah area,
I have a maplewoods unit at blk 987,tenant momving out on the 11th of April,its 1787sf(4rooms) with a big balcony,high floor,we are asking for 6k for two years contract,
the apartment is newly renovated (20k) last year march,all the white furnitures aircons washing machine all still have two year warranty,the apartment is facing the floridian condo,
the major constructions are done,but still some minor ones going on,should be very quiet by two months later,we welcome all races of ppl,and ppl with pets,
