Hi there, honest truth, it is like choosing your spouse. Why do I say that? Because, as many as u can "date" to have kopi with, ultimately you can only choose one.

Hence whether it works out or not, it really depends on one's needs and wants, and ultimately, your comfort level in working together with this person who is going to be your mentor, leader, manager, friend, all roll into one.

As it boils down to human relationship, it is difficult to ascertain how to choose a mentor or team to work along with.

Agents come and go within the biggest teams or agencies said to have excellent training platforms, business operating platforms and etc., but there are also many others who excel in smaller teams and agencies.

If you really ask me, you are the most important factor that decides whether you succeed or not, because anyone can teach you all the tricks and knowledge, but whether you decide to put these into practise with your own commitment is the main differences it makes to your path to success.

I am not working on recruitment in numbers, but rather share with my associates my knowledge and skills set such that they can grow to become my business partners, where we can build the business together instead of a mentor/mentee relationship, which is a healthier relationship to me in the long term.
