I am 20 this year and I understand that the minimum age to register for a real estate license is 21 year old. However, may I ask propertyguru real estate agents to give some tips and advices as to how I can prepare myself in becoming a REA? Your advices would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, A degree in Real Estate is not necessary, as agency work is very different from university studies. You may learn some technical and intricate real estate stuff, but university will not teach you interpersonal skills, nor sales negotiations. That said, university studies is still important, as you will learn other important things. Choice of major should be something you enjoy. Thanks!
