Unfortunately not. You should be primarily occupying the unit during MOP.

You can try appealing to HDB for you to shift on a rental note for the school, and in the unlikely event of approval, this period while you are on rental will very likely not be counted as part of your MOP.

Under the HDB rules and regulations, you will need to physically occupy the unit during the 5 years MOP and therefore you are not supposed to rent a private property during this period.
