I am presently staying in a condo in the east and am looking to invest in a second property, preferably a 2-room or studio apartment for rental purpose. My budget is about 500 - 600K. A friend suggest that I should get a HDB in good location instead (Toa Payoh, Bukit Merah, Queenstown etc). Would it be better than getting a private condo?

Hi Investor,

I have one unit "The Verve" near to University of Curtin. Also near to Thomson medical centre and Novena medical hub. TOP will be in 2011.
This is a Studio unit. Very high floor at #18.

For investment, you can rent it out to doctors, lecturers or patient coming for medical checkout (for short-lease with higher prices).

Hi Investor,

As you know HDB price at Toa Payoh, Bishan and Bukit Merah is too high now. Moreover they are 99 years and some flats are quite old already.

If you are looking for good rental Return and good capital appreciation in the long run.
