The newer projects are transacting at about 1300psf and the older ones are looking at 1000psf. I have to help you calculate the max cash needed based on your CPF available.

We will be looking at the price range from $700k to maybe $1mil, depend on the location and the size of the condo which you are looking for.
Cash will be 5% of the purchased price and 15% either in Cash/CPF, based on 80% loan.
