Hi...
Me and my wife are planning to sell our 4-room (4PA) HDB in Choa Chu Crescent upon the completion of our MOP in 1st quarter of 2011. Cash profits will be around slightly over SGD110K. Am planning to rent first and wait for the private property (condo / apartment) to correct or soften before we make our move. Our collective Ordinary account has around SGD180K. Any suggestions...?

Dear Clarence,

I have a better suggestion. Let's try to work on the selling before the HDB market soften due to the new ruling. 1st quarter of next year, it is expected that HDB prices will come down slighly.
