Hi, my friend and I (2persons) want to rent a room around Tan Tock Seng Hospital, our budget per room is around 700-900$. We can only move into the room next year end of March. Is it too early to search for a room now? Please advice.

Hi,

You plan to rent a room, to be shared with your friend starting from end of Mar 2016.

Yes it is way too early to be looking.

You might want to start looking from February 2016.
That should give you sufficient time to view a few choices, make an offer and get the leasing process going, to be ready to move in end March.
