Hi My landlord will have to do a major bathroom renovation due to serious water leakage occuring from our apartment which is damaging the apartment below ours. I have small child that needs to sleep during the day and I am wondering if I can terminate the lease early so we do not have to put up with months of renovation noise. We are 18mths into 2 year lease.
