Dear Ms Ng,

It greatly depends on the tenancy agreement which you have signed with the landlord, whether it allows you such an exit arrangement. As tenancy agreements signed and stamped are legal binding, the parties concern should not just handle things as they wish. Check your tenancy agreement or speak to your landlord for such arrangement perhaps.
