Hi.... my parents & myself co-own an Executive Condo unit. The current flat is under mortgage and already exceed the 5yrs MOP. My partner and myself intend to retain this EC, however, we need to know what are the procedures like to include my partner's name. If we decided to pay my parents some cash as transferring of names... Will there be any penalty imposed by the bank?
thank you...!

There will be lawyer fee incurred to handle the necesary documentation. In addition, I believe there's also stamp duty involved. For bank issue, u may sms me for bankers to advise you on that issue as u might be able to do re fiance for lower monthly installment Read More
