Hi,

My partner and I are moving from the UK to Singapore and we have a cat who loves the outdoors.

We are thinking of a ground floor flat in a central location. I am however, concerned about snakes (especially pythons). I have heard that ground floor flats are prone to vermin which includes snakes. Is this correct? I wouldn’t like to get a high rise flat which would make our cat effectively an indoor cat but if snakes are an issue even in central Singapore then we will have to look at that option.

Your advice would be appreciated.

Regards
