Hi,

Need advise from expert. I brought an unit in The Mezzo (Higher than 16 floor) in block 3 (i think is south facing toward the medical centre).

A agent offer me 750k by saying that the view is not very good for a higher price. I intend to buy unit from other project which is ready to move in ealier.

Should I sell? Is the 750k good enough (for me is making small loss)? Any one manage to sell this type of unit with highr price?
