Hi, need some expert advice. I am renting out my apartment.I have signed the letter of intent with a interested tenant and have accepted the Good faith deposit. However, the other refused to sign to tenancy agreement (I have signed it)and asking the commncemencement of lease stated in the tenancy agreement to start later in early September 2009 instead of 18 July this month. What can I do? Can I forfeit his deposit in this case or do I have to return the deposit to him? Any advice?
