Hi,
Our agent told us he convinced owner to lower our rental if we sign 2yrs contract, but then later on we found out that there is no such statement claimed by owner when The owner is wants t increase our rental due to extra tenant (which we clearly informed our agent before signing the TA).

I made a complaint to CEA on agent providing misleading info to both the owner and tenant. Dragged for 8 months, no action taken due to this case happened 2 months before CEA was form. Is there such statement?

They then refer us to CASE. Then CASE as mediation center refer us to SCT. Now nothing has been done to the misconduct agent yet. Can you advise what should we do next?
