Hi PropertyGuru,
I'm interested in being a real estate agent but I only have WPLN which is as follows
Listening -7
Reading - 8
Speaking - 5
Writing - 6
Numeracy - 5
Also I have a full-time job in the airline but with current situation I'm not flying, so I was hoping to gain new experience by joining the real estate industry. Can someone advise me if it's possible as I'm really interested and waiting for the right time to enroll myself for the RES course. Thank you in advance! :)

Hi, to qualify to take RES course, you need wpln level 5 and your already have them. Next is to enrol for you res course and to pass the exams. In view of the current covid environment, CEA had held back the exam schedules.
