Hi sir good morning, iam looking to buy one open plot last 30 years 6 transaction is there, But current owner having last 5 transactions Link documents 1996 transactions link documents not available from the current owner , they are providing certified copy from sub register office. Can i buy the property or kindly provide your suggestions

Are you referring to a landed property? It is advisable to get ownership proof of the property before placing an option fee for the purchase.
