Hi thought of selling my 4rm at north-east but i hv a question on commission payment. when shld i pay appointed agent comm, is it on/after my 1st HDB appoinment or 2nd? what is the standard prodedure? when is the buyer going to pay the balance of partial COV cash, 1st or 2nd appoinment? thks for yr help reply.

Hi Mr Aly,

Commission payment is usually paid after completion (2nd Appointment). As for COV, its suppose to be paid within 2 weeks of 1st appointment. But you will only get your cash proceeds after the completion.
