Hi, was thinking of getting a private condo few years down the road while keeping my 4room HDB flat for rental. However with the new ruling coming out, I doubts so that I will have enough cash to pay off the private condo down payment provided must retained half of the minmum sum in CPF. So, the question is should I go ahead to purchase a EC and sell away my flat or just wait a few more years to see the market again, as we are not getting younger (35 this year and husband 40yr) We may face bank loan problem if hold on our plan.
