Hi

You have to wait out 15 months after selling the condo before you can purchase the 5-room size and above resale HDB. You can purchase 4-room size and below resale HDB straight away after selling the condo, since you are 55 years old.

No levy for resale HDB purchase, if the only property you owned this lifetime is just this current private property.
