I am looking to invest in a 2 or 2.5 bedroom condo. Melville park is within my budget, however i'm a bit concerned about the fact that the property is 16 yrs old and on 99 yrs lease. I also know that this property has been gaining steadily in the last few yrs.
Question: Is this property bound to loose value in coming 5-10yrs [as it is already 16 yrs old] or will this continue to appreciate?

Dear Mr Aman Sud,

1 of the reason why this project is within your budget is likely also due to the age of property. If this project were to TOP only 5 to 10years ago, would you think the price will be in this range?

If you are afraid that the property will depreciate soon, my advise is to refrain from buying as no one can be certain how the value of property will go.

Hi,

I would consider new launch like Sea Esta instead just by topping up a little.

Cheers.

Hello Mr Aman,

There are several factors that have to be considered when we do a comparison between a realtively older project with a new project. I shall request you to either call me on 93380071  or write to me on realproperty63@yahoo.com.sg

I would like to discuss with you in detail on this.
