Hi, we are SPR couple and currently renting a unit along redhill area. Our tenancy will expire by mid May 2010, now we are taking into consideration of buying our own unit. My concern is that is it possible that we can get our home loan approve since we only got our PRship for only a year. We are looking for honest agent that he/she can help us out. We want to buy along redhill area. Thanks

Hi,
I do not see any problem for you getting a bank loan. Of course, much will depend on your combined income, and other financial commitments.

Appreciate you can give me a call at 96836230  or drop me a mail at anderang@hotmail.com. I can help you get approval in principle loan from the various banks. With that, you will know the estimated bank loan amount, and can start to search for your dream home.

    Hi Ander, thank you for your reply. Our combined salary is about 4k/month. I have a personal loan under citi bank. Since my husband doesnt have any financial commitments into any credit facility yet so he is the one signing up for the bank loan.
