To be very frank, the HDB will likely consider the fact that there are also schools available for your child in the vicinity of your current place, unless there is a compelling reason why you need to send your child to the school in CCK area, the chances is likely remote. However, I strongly encourage you to have your MP help you in this case with the appeal letter.
