hi, what does "2S" "4A" (using to describe HDB flat) mean? What are their differences?

Morning Katie,

The prefix of 2 means 2 room flat where you get one bedroom and one hall and 4 means 3 bedroom and one hall. The suffix of S and A indicate the size of the unit.
