Hi Xuan Joon Lee,

There's currently no listing for sale in Bukit View condo. The last transaction there was $1.96m for a 1970sqft unit on the #24 floor, sold in June 2022.

Should there be a listing there now, I would assume that the Seller would be asking in excess of $2m.
