Hi Roy,

MOP is 5 years for all resale flats bought on or after 30 Aug 2010. The flat can only be rented upon fulfilling the MOP.

Hi Roy,
Base on the new law the mop is 5yrs before you can sublet out your house. But if you are ever interested to sublet ur unit do give me a call as there is some legal ways which i know off to assist you to sublet out your unit. hope to hear from from you soon. Cheers~~~
