Hi..My wife and I have total combined CPF of $265,000. We intend to buy a 3 room flat valued at $255,000 with COV of $25K. We are not taking any loan and will be paying full amount. Can we use our full CPF of 265K.

Hi,

To get a 3rm at $265k is not a problem, but the only issue will be the COV as the average COV in today market is around $30k. Anyway, I can help you to search for your dream home.
