hi,we are PR seeking 4 rooms flat but we dont have enough cash so we hopes that we can get low COV flat. we like to know that can we buy those new flat over five years is that consider resale flat? hope guru can reply as soon as possible thank you!

I had managed to help some of my clients with tight cash to get their house. However, this also depend on the location and the loan that the bank can loan to them.
