Hoping to buy a condo (1bedroom or 1 bedroom with a study) with a budget of $800,000-$1m for investment purposes. Preferably one that has the highest rentability. Which ones would you recommend?

Hi,

1) There are currently 11 condos, 1 bedroom types that could meet your budget of below $1M.
2) Only 2 of them I would think are worth investing in because they are near to MRT station.
3) This is because not only it is convenient, it is also proven with previous records that these are the condos that can fetch a premium in capital appreciation.
4) This is also the type of condo that is most favorable to tenants, even though this type of condo usually asking for a higher rent.
