I am sorry to inform you that PropertyGuru portal does not allow home owners to put up advertisements on their properties for sale or rent. Only real estate salespersons with registered paid subscription can put up property advertisements.

You may wish to explore some other portals to put up your own property advertisement. Alternatively, it is highly encouraged to engage 1 of our qualified real estate salespersons here to take up the marketing role. With proper structure and outreach based on our network, it has better chance to reach out to the suitable prospects instead of relying on a single advertisement in comparison to thousands of other advertisements.
