If a condo has no guard or parcel management app, residents typically receive parcels in one of the following ways:
1. **Direct Delivery to Unit** – Couriers may bring the package to the resident’s door if they can access the building.
2. **Lobby or Mailroom Drop-off** – Some condos have designated parcel drop areas where couriers leave packages.
3. **Parcel Lockers** – If available, couriers can place packages in a shared locker with a key or code.
4. **Neighbor or Management Assistance** – Some residents coordinate with neighbors or condo management for temporary holding.
5. **Pickup from Courier Office** – If access is an issue, couriers may leave a notice requiring pickup from a nearby facility.
