Hi Mr Tang,

Wak Hassan is a relatively new development and I'm quite sure that interest in the development will be pretty good since it was a sold out development. My team of salesperson with ECG DYNAMIC ALLIANCE had been involved with the sales of several units in Wak Hassan and is currently listing 1 unit for rent.

To sell or rent has got to do greatly with what your subsequent plans are. If there are other more attractive investment returns elsewhere, obvious choice is to sell off and put where the returns are. Otherwise, you may wish to explore on some other property ivestments too while you start marketing the unit for sale and rental concurrently.

Having an excellent track record in the landed properties segment, I am pretty confident that my team will be able to look after uour interest regardless sale or rental. If we are able to discuss further, please feel free to contact me.

Hi Joel. Thanks for your advise. This house is a gift from my dad, and i also bought a condo at D'leedon for investment purpose. As Wak Hassan is in a secluded area, my fiance will like to look for properties nearer to her parents home (thomson, bishan). But with new developments does it mean it will be good to stay put?

Otherwise i'm looking for a new place to call home as a 3rd property will incur ABSD.
Dear Mr Tang,

Unfortunately, the rental yield is very low for the Wak Hassan area.

My team is conducting a landed property exhibition on 14 July, during which over 200 prospective buyers are expected to show up. Potentially your home could be sold within a weekend if the right buyer comes along!

Do feel free to contact me should you wish to have your house included in our marketing efforts.

As regards your query on how much, it depends on whether your house is a semi-detached or terrace. The former have been transacting at around $1,250 psf, whereas the latter is lower at around $850 psf. These figures are just a guide though, when it comes to property pricing, many factors come into play.

May I know more about your unit as I am currently serving a buyer who is looking to purchase a terrace house in your area.
