Good morning Sir/ Mdm,
you are looking to purchase a HDB or private?
If you are eligible for max 75% bank loan for either HDB or private purchase, downpayment will be 5% cash and 20% cash or cpf.
If taking max 85% HDB loan, downpayment will be 15% cash or CPF.
Other costs will be:
- buyer's stamp duty
- legal fees
- valuation fee
- agent's fee (for HDB transaction)
- resale application fee (for HDB transaction)
