There was a unit rented out at $3,200 back in September 2023 for 915 Hougang Street 91. More recently in November 2023, there was a unit in block 927 that rented out for $3,300. If we go further back to October 2023, there wa a unit in block 920 that rented out for $3,000.
Looking at these transactions, I'd reckon that the ball park figure for whole unit rental of a 5 room flat be within $3,000 to $3,500, subject to the conditions of the property. Do you have a unit to rent or are you looking to rent a unit? My team of consultants are ready to assist further.
