Hi, I have a budget of 1 - 1.3M. Intent to purchase 2 condo. First Condo - 3 rooms, dist 15, freehold. Second Condo - 2 rooms, any area, 99 years or freehold (generate high rental yield). Open to recommendations

Hi Aileen,

I have one unit MeraPrime (LH) 3 BRs, 1,098 sq. ft. just beside Tiong Bahru Shopping Centre/MRT. This is very centre located and excellent location, it gives high rental yield. The rental is looking at $4.5K ~ $5.5K. Depending how much you loan, this property surely provide good rental yield. Asking $1.3M neg.

I also have another Castle Green, 947 sq. ft, 2 BRs...selling with fully furnished. Also good for rental gain. Asking $660K.
