Dear sir/mdm,

The marketing costs involved in marketing a HDB for sale regardless 3 room flat, 4 room flat or bigger flats are relatively similar as the marketing channels are similar.

Typical commission applicable for a HDB resale assignment is 2% of the selling price + GST.

The commission will be a percentage of the price you sell. It will definitely be worthwhile as the effort an agent put into helping you to sell is more than the commission.

The standard rate will be 2% + GST.
