How should I time my sale of my 4-room flat? I'm awaiting BTO completion and has been advised Probable Completion Date to be in second quarter 2022. Does it mean key collection and possession of flat should be around Apr-Jun 2022? When should I start selling my current flat? How much buffer time should I give myself for sale of flat?

I am a single parent. What are my options if I cannot afford to spend too much on agent's commission?

With often receiving pamphlets in my letterbox on upgrading from flat to condo, or owning 2 properties etc, I wonder did I make a bad choice on getting another BTO again (4room to another BTO 4room, same location) (my current flat is a BTO also)?
