If you are referring to procedural mistakes, you can always engage the service of a professional to take care of the whole process. If you are talking about investment mistake where you purchase a wrong property and subsequently make a loss, perhaps that will require you to put in alot more due diligence.

For example, we have heard of agents indicating they have discovered a gem in brand new project launches where price for unit is equivalent to few years back when market was down, do you think it is really a gem?
