Are you using web or app to do your search? For web versions there is a function on top right of yoru search results that allows you to set alert mode to the type of listings you are interested in, and Guru will send you alert when there is new listings coming up. Read More

However, here are a few workarounds you can use to stay updated:

Regular Manual Searches:
The most straightforward approach is to perform manual searches on the app regularly for your desired condo (XYZ).
You can save your search criteria to make it easier to repeat the search in the future.
Web Browser Alerts:
While the app lacks the feature, PropertyGuru's website allows you to set up property alerts.

 
Log in to the PropertyGuru website, search for your desired condo (XYZ), and click on the "Create Alert" button.
You'll receive email notifications whenever new listings matching your criteria appear.
