There could be genuine reasons why the agent did not show up for a confirmed viewing, perhaps you can check first before deciding. Is it 1 viewing or all viewings? As far as I am concern, I will be there for all viewings, if not I will arrange for my partner to cover the viewing. On some occasions I had no choice but to miss the viewing due to some emergency matters or due to transport breaking down. Sometimes it is unforeseen, but if the no-show was repetitive, then obvious there is some issue.
