How to rate a realtor who was a no show for a confirmed viewing?

Hi, on propertyguru the rating is for transactions done, perhaps if you are not pleased with the current realtor working with you, it might be better to find another realtor who can better provide you with the services you need.

There could be genuine reasons why the agent did not show up for a confirmed viewing, perhaps you can check first before deciding. Is it 1 viewing or all viewings? As far as I am concern, I will be there for all viewings, if not I will arrange for my partner to cover the viewing. On some occasions I had no choice but to miss the viewing due to some emergency matters or due to transport breaking down. Sometimes it is unforeseen, but if the no-show was repetitive, then obvious there is some issue.
I have been in the real estate business since 2009, with more than 14 years of experience serving the Singapore real estate market.
