I am 48 yrs old, married, taxi driver. cpf available is 27,000.I declare income tax 30,000 for 2 years. Wife not working. cpf 3,000. I can raise 20k cash. I need to buy 3rm preferably bedok reservoir area. Anyone can help me with loan application and buying?

Hi,

You may contact those mortgage brokering firm for your loan application. They tie up with all the banks in singapore and is in a better position to advise you on the better package. You may contact Marc at 90488433  . All the while I am dealing with this consultant and he provides good service.
