I am a 6 family members residing in 4 rooms hdb flat and have not completed MOP. However, I had received offers upto 5 potential tenants to occupy 2 common rooms. How do I deal with this?? and to make this legally and officially.

Hi,

Room rental is not hindered by the MOP.
You are free to rent out your rooms just not your whole house.

Morning,

Do note that under the ruling, 4 room flat can only have 9 people staying within the unit. Since you have 6 person registered within your unit, you can only take in max of 3 more person.
