I am a indo chinese currently in Singapore. I would like to purchase a condominium of 1 or 2 bedroom type. Preferably located in the west or central and nearer to mrt station. Q1: I have been look at the recent launch called Hillford. But the website states that it has been fully sold. I would like to ask if there will be any chances whereby people give up so that I can take it up. If not, is there any other launches similar to hillford? Q2: I would also like to ask if foreigners are able to take up bank loan? Or are we suppose to pay once off or can we pay in installment? And what is the no. of years we can pay over for the loan? Q3: Also, how long must we stay in the apartment after we purchased, before we can sell again? Are we able to rent out the condo after we purchase? Or do we have to wait for a few years before we can rent it out? Thanks in advance.
