I am a owner and recently have adverised to sublet my flat. However, I get a lot of calls from housing agents wanting to bring their clients to view my place. My qn is: If the viewing is a success, Do I have to pay the housing agent any commission?

comission is payable for the service rendered..all paperworks,transaction submition and most important,..u will be protected by the company's lawyer...do call me if u need assistance...
