I am a self employed divorcee, remarried and intending to buy a 5 room resale with my husband. I sold my matrimonial house and received my share of the cash proceeds. I will be taking up 2nd hdb loan and my husband is a 1st timer, do I need to use half of my cash proceeds in this case?

Hi there, you may still be entitled to the housing grants with your next purchase, however for your cash proceed, half of which will have to be used on your purchase as long as you are taking out a HDB loan. I have actually done a few similar case and would be happy to take you through the process.
