I am a Singapore PR and plan to buy a resale HDB flat 4A around Bukit Panjang or Yew Tee areas. I would like to know how much loan the bank will provide.
What is the current value of a 4A resale flat in these areas.

Hi,

The bank is able to loan up to 80% but also depending on your income and other conditions. Valuation for 4A is around 250 to 280K for Bt Panjang. COV value is around 30-40K COV now.

I have been staying in bukit panjang for 20+ years.The resale value break into different part like petir,bangkit,senja,sengar,farjar etc. This area command different value.If you are looking to stay in the future MRT,the blk will be 16x,17x,18x & 60x.The 4rm is ard 300+++
As for your loan part,i would advice you to look for local banker to do up in-principal approval becos tis allow u to know hw much loan u can take fr te bank.Would be great if we could meet up together and discuss further.I can even tell you more about staying in bukit panjang.
